You must raise a request within 5 days of receiving the order.

At Boon Babies, we put love and care into every piece we create for your little ones. While we strive for 100% satisfaction, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
You must inform us immediately upon delivery if the product is damaged.
Once we receive the item, it will go through a quality check.
If approved, we will send a replacement for the same item.
If the item fails the quality check, no replacement will be issued.
📏 No Returns for Size Issues
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues. If the size does not fit, you may request a size exchange, but you will be responsible for the return shipping charges as well as the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Baby Care Essentials: Bibs, wipe cloths, pouches, feeding pillows, feeding aprons, sleeping bags, carry beds, cloth diapers, towels.
Newborn Clothing: All garments for babies aged 0–12 months.
📏 No Return for Size Issues
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related concerns.

🚚 Pickup & Shipping Policy
Pickup for exchanges is available only within Tamil Nadu.
Customers from other states must arrange to ship the item to our return address at their own cost.
Reverse shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
We currently do not offer refunds, but we’ll assist you in finding a suitable replacement.
