1. About Boon Babies

Boon Babies offers babywear, kidswear, baby essentials and other products available for purchase through our website.

Product availability, prices, sizes, colours, offers and other information displayed on the website may change from time to time.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected for the purchase.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, images, colours, measurements and other product information.

However, actual product colours may appear slightly different depending on your mobile phone, computer screen, display settings, photography or lighting conditions.

As many of our garments involve fabric cutting, stitching and manual measurement, minor variations may occur.

Garment measurements may vary slightly, typically by around 1–2 inches, depending on the product and method of measurement.

We recommend checking the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

If you're unsure about a size, please contact our customer support team before ordering. We'll be happy to help you choose the most suitable size.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed because of stock differences, inventory updates or other circumstances.

If we're unable to fulfil an ordered product, our team will contact you and explain the available options.

Where applicable, any amount paid for an item that we are unable to supply will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

4. Pricing

All product prices displayed on www.boonbabies.com are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts and offers may change from time to time without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will normally be the price displayed when the order is successfully placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Boon Babies may occasionally offer discounts, coupon codes, promotional pricing, free shipping or other special offers.

Each promotion may have its own eligibility requirements, validity period and conditions.

Unless specifically mentioned, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or coupon codes.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.

Receiving an order confirmation does not prevent us from cancelling or modifying an order where reasonably necessary due to circumstances such as:

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Payment failure

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Duplicate orders

• Delivery restrictions

• Technical or inventory errors

If Boon Babies cancels a prepaid order that cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.

If the order has not yet been processed, packed or shipped, we'll check whether cancellation is still possible.

Once an order has been processed, packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver orders to serviceable locations through our courier and logistics partners.

Currently, FREE SHIPPING is available on eligible orders of ₹499 and above across India.

For orders below ₹499, applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

Occasionally, delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, serviceability issues or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Please make sure your shipping address, PIN code and contact number are correct before completing your order.

9. Size Exchange

We understand that choosing the right size for babies and children online isn't always easy.

For eligible clothing, you can request a size exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and returned with the original tags and packaging.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

For a regular size exchange:

Return shipping to Boon Babies – Paid by the customer

Replacement shipping back to the customer – Paid by Boon Babies

Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, we'll process the eligible replacement.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Every order is checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please share:

• Your Order ID

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

Once the issue is verified, Boon Babies will take care of the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

Where possible, we'll replace the product with the same item.

If the same product or size is unavailable, our team will contact you and help with a suitable alternative or another appropriate resolution.

11. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby products are not eligible for regular returns or size exchanges.

These include:

• Bibs

• Wipe cloths

• Pouches

• Feeding pillows

• Feeding aprons

• Sleeping bags

• Carry beds

• Cloth diapers

• Towels

• Newborn clothing for babies aged 0–12 months

Please check the product information and size chart carefully before ordering these products.

If any of these products are received damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and our team will review the issue.

12. Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong size selected while ordering

• Fit preference

• Colour preference

• Personal preference after receiving the product

For eligible clothing, customers can request a size exchange within 5 days of delivery according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

For verified damaged, defective or incorrect products, we'll normally arrange a replacement first.

If we're unable to provide a suitable replacement, our team will work with you on an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights available to customers under applicable law.

13. Payments

We may offer different payment methods depending on availability and delivery location.

Payment information is processed through the payment services available through our online store.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

If a payment fails or cannot be verified, the order may not be processed.

14. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may depend on delivery location, order value, customer history and courier serviceability.

We may contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders, fraudulent orders or misuse of our services may result in restrictions on future COD orders or orders being declined.
