Returns and exchanges are applicable only for size-related issues on products sized 1 year and above. - Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following baby care products: bibs, wipes cloth, pouches, feeding pillows, feeding aprons, sleeping bags, carry beds, cloth diapers, and towels. Dresses for babies up to 12 months are also not eligible for return or exchange. - Damaged Goods:
If you receive a damaged product, we will conduct a quality check upon receiving your return. If the product passes the quality check, you will be eligible for an exchange or refund. If the product fails the quality check, no exchange or refund will be provided.
For all exchanges, reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding!
